Weaving warp yarns require precise sizing. Texdale Textile Chemicals creates effective size formulas to ensure that high-speed weaving machines do what they are supposed to do: run smoothly and efficiently 24 hours a day. We strike the right balance by creating the perfect option for and of our customers’ unique requirements.

Texdale Textile Chemicals provides all of the required sizing properties in one location. We choose film-forming polymers from a variety of groups based on the needs of our customers. Organic oils and fats for the sizing wash, lubricants/rewaxing agents, and synthetic oils and polymers for cold sizing are also used.

FOR ALL SIZE RAW MATERIALS

As standard fiber filament and cold sizes, we sell starch, cellulose-, polysaccharide derivatives, Polyester resins, PVA, and copolymers. Texdale Chemicals’ brands for sizing auxiliaries include QUELLAX®, INEX®, HORSIL, FIBROCOL®, FIBROPUR®, FIBROSINT, FIBROTEX®, and FILASINT®. AVIROL® gives the sizing film its suppleness, and MOLVENIN is both environmentally friendly and technically superior to starch. Since the amount is removed in downstream systems and ends up in the drainage, environmental compatibility is critical: As a result, our product line provides the best ecological and drainage needs approach.
