For polyacrylic staple fibers and tow manufacturing, Texdale provides excellent spin finishes such as STANTEX® and KATAX®. For each process – ring spinning, open-end spinning, and tow converting – Texdale spin finishes have the ideal combination of friction and cohesion. Selected STANTEX® finishes can be used to adjust the final softness or scrappiness. Immersion bath, kiss roll, or spray application are all options.
STANTEX® and KATAX® finish help to improve yarn evenness (USTER values) and minimize neps in thin and thick regions. Pulcra Chemicals offers products that are highly emulsion stable.
