TEXTILE/APPAREL
Texdale offers products that combine good run ability with excellent dyeing efficiency, based on more than 50 years of experience in nylon spin finishes. Our STANTEX® product line includes lubricants for partially oriented yarn (POY) and Draw Textured Yarn (DTY) production, as well as lubricants for the growth of Flat Yarn/ Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY) through various process routes.
TECHNICAL APPLICATION
The manufacturing of high-tenacity polyamide yarn necessitates spin finishes that perform well not only during fiber production but also during downstream processing and final application (e.g. Airbags, Tire Cord). For neat and emulsion applications, STANTEX® spin finishes are available.
FLOOR COVERINGS
In high-end carpet applications, polyamide yarns are also used. This is due to polyamide’s superior properties as compared to other yarn varieties. STANTEX® spin finishes are available for natural-solution dyed bulked continuous filament (BCF) yarns as well as important applications such as automotive. Spin finishes and parts for the production of polyamide staple fibers are included in our product line.
